Resolution services assisting a student

Student complaints

Students should first attempt to resolve their concerns with the department representative(s) involved or a supervisor. If the issue cannot be resolved through informal means, the student may file a complaint with Resolution Services.

The University aims to resolve all complaints timely and equitably; however, students may also seek other forms of resolution, including with state or federal agencies, accrediting bodies or in a court of law.
